Your Mission

• Total Command: Direct the entire cabin operation. Lead pre-flight crew briefings, manage boarding flow, and serve as the undisputed link to the flight deck.
• Service Architecture: Oversee the flawless delivery of our inflight products, auditing quality, compliance, and presentation in real-time.
• Crew Mentorship: Coach, evaluate, and elevate junior crew members on the fly, transforming good attendants into great ones.
• High-Stakes Resolution: Handle passenger disputes, medical diversions, and complex logistical failures with icy calm and decisive action.
