• Transcontinental Service: Deliver efficient, friendly beverage and snack services on varying flight lengths, from 45-minute hops to 6-hour coast-to-crossings.
• Safety Command: Enforce strict FAA safety regulations regarding carry-on baggage, seatbelts, and exit row seating.
• Irregular Operations: Act as a calming, informative presence during weather delays or air traffic control holds.
